Have just returned from a holiday to ~Courmayeur, due to strike action at Geneva, luggage was not loaded onto the plane. The flight was operated by Thomson, Staff deliberately mis-informed passenger's. Two weeks later we still have not received any luggage, nor have Inghams contacted us about this matter. They have however sent numerous emails inviting us to book another holiday- NO THANKS
