I purchased a Hill Billy New Terrain recently second hand and now fully understand why the seller wanted to get rid of it. They look good but on very close inspection the pop rivets holding the frame are badly put in. I have replaced two. Since getting the trolley the printed circuit controller card has had a condenser fall off which allowed excess amps to the motor and virtually burnt out the motor brush housing. The printed circuit board (Controller) has been badly manufactured and if you check under a magnifying glass you can see that it has been very badly assembled. (probably by hand) I have had Hill Billy trolleys from the word go and believe me their previous models knock spots of the New Terrain. I have contacted Hill Billy and I am afraid they are not very interested. They offered new parts POST FREE. There are plenty of makes on the market these days and I will look at other manufacturers.
