If there is an opportunity to extort money unfairly, Simarc will use it. Whether the application of spurious admin charges or the creation of fictitious fees, Simarc will endeavour to make any interaction as unpleasant and costly as possible. This is particularly the case should you find yourself in any urgent need of help or documentation. Whether landlord or tenant, prepare to pay dearly.

If there is a means to ensure customer dissatisfaction, these deplorable stains on the underwear of the housing industry will find it. And master it. Combining a uniquely distasteful combination of crass arrogance, painful stupidity and moral desolation, every exchange yields new and utterly unnecessary frustration.

The actual process of correspondence is itself tiresome. Letters will go ignored, telephone calls unreturned and god forbid any fool who thinks an email will get a reply. Except, of course, if you're offering them some money, then anything from telepathy to carrier pigeon is agreeable (admin fees notwithstanding).

Simarc is rotten to it's core and if you have the misfortune of dealing with these diseased vermin, I can only offer my deepest condolences.
