Good Points
Very good call quality, Good billing, Easy account auto-topup feature.

Bad Points
Very poor support. Don't seem to support Siemens C450IP phones properly.

General Comments
I'm on the silver service with VOIP Talk which is fairly pricey although still cheaper than my old Virgin landline. Had problems with voice dropping out on outgoing calls and the support was poor.
