Good Points
I've been using voiptalk for nearly 7 months - pretty impressed so far. I'm on the silver package which gives me a phone number and low rates. I was using a softphone but realised that my pc was crippling the audio quaity (ex skype user habits die hard :-)). Since then I have purchased a grandstream phone (from the web site) and have never had any problems.
Bad Points
Voiptalk support is online only which I suppose could be frustrating for customers with problems.
General Comments
I have tried half a dozen providers prior to voiptalk and there were always niggles with them (incompatible hardware, calls dropped). It's hard to determine who is and who isn't a good provider but i suppose proof is in the pudding. I have also noticed that voiptalk has services geared for business which also means that I can get phone support if I buy one of the pricier services.
