I was impressed with Zooplus' service until now. They advertise goods that are not available and allow you to place the order which is annoying as there is no mention the item is not in stock when they do not know when it will be available.

Some of their emails do not go through and return.

I received a reply to one of my emails in German.

They no longer seem to care.

They advertise products on a German website which are misleading as they show pictures of other product but what is sold at a low price. i.e. £69 cat wooden box showing a price of £4.99 which is in fact the price of the plastic tray inside it, etc...

Zooplus is based in Germany so the UK consumer regulations do not apply.

Their prices are good but now the service is not.
