Good Points
When it works was really effective. Took me round Florida, up and down to france no problem.

Bad Points
Has now failed twice with the same problem, useless features i.e. mp3 player, photographs.

General Comments
First time the TomTom Go 910 failed (not charging so battery gradually died) the company really quickly arranged for pick up and repair. However after only a couple of weeks use same problem occurred only wouldn't start up. Company slower now especially as I'd indicated that I wasn't happy about getting another repair and wanted another unit.
