Good Points
An employee at Smithhaven long island store went beyond my expectations to solve a problem I had with a return. She is definitely an asset to the company.

General Comments
I had a handbag to return and the Smithhaven store did not carry this designer and did not offer to get information from another Macys store. This employee handled the matter to my satisfaction and I was very grateful.
