Thought the online site looked great so I placed an order, 20 DAYS AGO. I PAID for 5-7 working day delivery. My order NEVER showed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have emailed them TWICE, called Evans numerous times and NEVER got an actual person, I AM ON HOLD right now, FOR 22 MINUTES, and I am "second" in line.



What is going on here? They took my money and emailed me weeks ago that they received my order and it was being shipped. Now all of a sudden they are not reachable in any shape or form. I am so upset.



Now I have to contact my bank, file a complaint, and attempt to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.



At least not international. This is the WORST and most DISAPPOINTING customer service EVER.



B-t-w I order several dresses and tops. You would think they wanted my continued shopping of their site. Seriously girls, DO NOT DO IT.
