Salesman has just left after a two and a half hours, drawing plans etc. Talked about price. We said that depending on the price we would agree to help with the 'marketing'. Not happy with having to pay money in advance before being allowed to see showhouse, did not agree, the salesman left. Within 10 minutes two abusive phone calls complaining we had wasted their time!! Perhaps if they had been open and explained their procedure we could have saved ourselves over two hours.
