I am thoroughly dissappointed with Arena Flowers. I ordered two bouquets of flowers, to surprise my mother in law and grandma in law for mother's day. The two bouquets were supposed to be delivered on the same day to both of them. What ended up happening was a complete mess up. Arena Flower deliverd one bouquet to my grandma in law on the wrong date. And then five days after delivered the other bouquet to my mother in law. It is so awful how incompetent they're staff can be, to mess up such an order on such a special occasion. They ruined the surprise completely. I would never EVER EVER order flowers through them again.
