I signed up for a Moben kitchen on 3/4/11 and paid a deposit of £2,660 without looking at any reviews, when I did, I was really worried by the bad reviews so I cancelled 5 days later by email and the cancellation slip. I recieved a cheque for the full amount on 26/4/11. I was really surprised as I thought I was going to have a battle to get my money back. So really, I havnt anything to complain about, the designer was helpful and everything was going smoothly, who knows what would have happened if I had gone through with it, I feel very relieved.
