I would not recommend Kitchens Direct to anyone! The sales team was ok the surveyor was excellent as were the fitters, however the cooker came with no handles and have spent the last six weeks! Arguing with the aftercare team to receive them and as of yet we still do not have them! We have to be extremely careful when cooking as it is very easy to get burnt, which happened to my daughter when cooking and she had to go to A&E to receive treatment on a very nasty burn. Upon informing the aftercare team I was informed it was my responsibility for allowing my daughter to touch the cooker. She is 24 years of age and I cannot ban here from using it!! Since I have informed them of this they have dodged my calls advised they would phone back and havent and are trying everything they can to get of giving me a straight answer. Please save yourself alot of time, money and heartache and avoid them at all costs!!!
