Good Points
The flowers were well packaged and although not the top flush, were pleasently received and liked.
When there is no problem, customer sercice was great.

Bad Points
Flowers were delivered late, they gave me a window of 8:30 to 6:00 on Valentines day, the location was high traffic and the flowers were delivered late (about 6:30), pretty useless for Valentines day at the office right?
I called at 5:30 asking where it had got to and I got an "it's been delivered", blatently untrue as she hadn't received it.
Customer service and follow up has been non existent, before the day it was pretty good, after Valentines they don't want to know. Very foolish as they did state that one should contact them. Now I don't mind paying exuberant prices for Valentines, but to have it get there at 6:30 and have no response from them, not good to say the least!

General Comments
I always say that one should never lie, especially on something that can be traced and if your customer complains and asks you what you are going to do about it, then you should let them know!
