Good Points
Lovely bright spacious hotel, surface clean, friendly staff, helpful.

Bad Points
Lack of adult entertainment at night, animation team good for throughout the day but not for entertainment at night. Lack of things to do for children between ages of 9-15 at night. Yes they do have games room but you do have to pay for use of it, and its not cheap considering this is an all inclusive hotel. Hotel shops expensive.

General Comments
Needs adult entertainment in the lobby bar every night and not by animation team!!!! Food acceptable but not much variation for a five star hotel, could be better. Hotel definitley needs to review its entertainment at night. Would not go back to this complex until changes happened.??? Genaral manager walked about hotel, dinning rooms, lobbys everyday, rude is not the word cant even acknowledge his guests with a simple good morning, not for the everyday british holiday maker. Nice to say I have been there but wont do it again, in fact wont do Hurghada again, major building site everywhere, might be better in 10 years time.
