“Worst transaction ever made”

I ordered some bedroom furniture from this place as they advertise delivery 1 -2 weeks later, some 68 emails later and over 6 weeks I have finally got a refund for items that are not even in the country yet. They don't answer their phones and never return voicemails, they hide behind computers and emails and are quite frankly extremely rude, they will happily send you emails containing misleading and false information by the second and when I asked for the chaps manager name and contact details he told me " send it to me and I'll forward unless of course you speak Chinese " which gives you a sample of what you can expect to deal with - stay well clear.
