I found them to be slow to assemble and deliver, seemingly unwilling to acknowledge mistakes, took a long time to deal with my problem and returns, far too long to wait for my refund.
General Comments
2 PCs ordered 29 July, 1st one delivered eventually on 13th Aug without the monitor and keyboard, invoice and confirmation email both included these items. 2nd PC ready for delivery by 18th Aug also apparently without the monitor and keyboard and Computer Planet agreed to hold the delivery until the issue was resolved. But it was dispatched the next day anyway. They would not acknowledge the order as per the invoice and confirmation email which had monitors and keyboards for both PCs. They finally acknowledged it was an error on their part on Aug 21st after 8 days of emailing. They asked to have the items returned and did not offer to fulfil the proper order. Reluctantly I agreed just to get the problem resolved, at least I would get a refund or so I hoped. It took them another week to do their part in raising RMAs on line and finally got the couriers dispatch details on the 28th Aug. Parts immediately dispatched the next day and arrived at Computer Planet by Sept 2nd latest. Was told I would have to wait 28 days to get my refund which I eventually received into my account on Oct 13th.
