Good Points
Friendly on the phone and fairly good price.

Bad Points
The cover note took a week to arrive.

General Comments
How long does it take to have a letter delivered? My previous insurance broker had it there the next day. This has ruined my schedule of buying my new bike completely. I'll never use this insurance broker again as they just take too long.
