Good Points
Wheels easily.
Not side by side, so kids don't fight.

Bad Points
Balance is a disaster. My stroller tipped sideways and my son got badly hurt. Also, the swivel options keeps on locking.
The customer service in the U.S. is rotten. In fact, I'm not sure there is a proper office - it seems more like one person in a larger office who has been employed to deal with Jane issues.

General Comments
The Jane Powertwin pushchair is not worth the money it costs. Bad balance, and the swivel option is a washout. Customer service is also bad.
