Purchased the iron at a home show. Demo was great. We felt a bit pricey but made the purchase anyway. It is very overrated. It does a good job ironing everything however there were problems. The handle gets very hot. The steam button constantly sticks. It runs out of steam in about two or three garments. Have to let cool down before refilling. The back plate cracked and had to be replaced. It is much heavier than a normal iron. I will not buy another one.
