“bad experience...”

i bought HP Pavilion 17-g131na.
My first problem was that courier company left my laptop to another house 150 meters away (i live at No 83 and they left it at No 19)!!! They never knocked my door and i received an email informing me that my parcel has been delivered to No 19. The lady at that house told me that she was really amazed why the driver knocked her door asking her to leave the parcel there.
My second problem was with my brand new laptop. It has windows 10 installed but for a strange reason i wasn't able to download anything (after some research i found out that is very common problem with windows edge)......Took me 5 hours to reset windows and now everything is fine.
At both cases i don't/can't blame shop ofc thats why i would recommend to a friend, but it was a really bad experience.....
