Everything, terrible customer services.
General Comments
After waitng over two weeks for one item to be delivered they finally decided the item was lost but then told me it was a prohibited item so there was nothing they could do. Thanks for telling me three weeks after sending my parcel. Not only that it took three weeks of calls to get that far and not one person was willing to help except DHL themselves.
Thanks for nothing.
