Good Points
Nice design but you have to add memory yourself. Later the expansion slot failed and it didn't matter.

Bad Points
Memory expansion slot failed after 1 year. I emailed the company but since I was 3 months out of warranty they couldn't care less. The thing is quite useless now with only 256K of memory. Very frustrating to only have the thing work well for 1 year.
Don't expect your Creative labs MP3 player to last past the warranty and don't expect anything other than email help after that point. In my experience they don't make a good product that lasts!

General Comments
The Creative Labs MuVo is kind of hard to use and not that loud - my unit then stopped working properly just outside the warranty!

Don't buy from creative labs - Go iPod!
