“extremely disapointed as when i payed for this flight...”

extremely disapointed as when i payed for this flight i was signed up for which i have not resevied any information from to tell me i had been signed up for and they have charged my card £14.95 a month for 4 months so i have lost almost £60 without knowing. How can a company such as flybe allow there customers to be ripped off like this is discusting i will not be doing any busness with flybe again very very very poor standards of practise.
