General Comments
Buying the Larrivee LV-05E guitar was a very serious time for me. I spent weeks going between music stores comparing brands and guitars... Martins, Taylors, Matons etc... My quest for the perfect guitar has finished.



This is a beautiful guitar. Not only does it look great and play like silk in the hand, it really does have a fantastic tone. One of my favourite things to do is just strum and pick open chords, simply to listen to the beautiful tone! Oh yes, seriously awesome resonance and harmonics.



It's totally solid wood throughout, Canadian spruce stika soundboard, mahogany back and sides, gorgeous binding and abalone decoration... I'm talking attention to detail, seriously superior craftsmanship. Pickup system is B-Band A6, a two transducer system with UST/AST mixer, notch filter, phase shifter, 3band EQ... (although I have never needed to touch the EQ, notch or phase), Hey the A6 does the instrument full justice.



This guitar sounds awesome through a PA system... stand out quality! I can't say it enough, and I am totally satisfied with my LV-05E!
