Book my hotel and tickets through traveloka on one week holiday. Consistently bad experience.
Hotel in Kuala Lumpur required deposit which was not mentioned during booking. Cash only. Arriving at midnight it took over an hour until I found ATM and check in.
Hotel in Bangkok same story also not mentioned during booking. Beside I request smoking room based on information that hotel have smoking room. All facility is not smoking however.
Request assistance as my flight was rescheduled while I was abroad. It was rescheduled for earlier time. Could not call Indonesia that time. Only response from customer care - call airlines. No help whatsoever.
Seems like they are based on passengers volume so in case of any trouble with your booking do not count for any effective solution or support. Claiming that they are travel partner would be a total lie.
