“Credit card declined?”

I tried to book flights for my son to travel to South America for Raleigh programme,all was well ,staff were helpful (ext 6442)until they sought clearance from my Credit card company which according to their security company checking mechanism Barclays Business,my card was declined!My Bank for 37 yrs never received any contact with regards to this request. Trailfinders staff assured me this call was made.
Unfortunately Trailfinders lost my business on this occasion
