“I think I would prefer the Garmin nuvi 300 unit to say...”

Written on: 11/04/2009

Good Points
Easy to use, clear instructions small enough to carry around.
Speed camera locations.

Bad Points
Need to look at direction on map to make sure that where you are going is correct and not rely on voice commands only.
Garmin charger lead for car did not last long,so I had to rely on battery power only. Which meant I was unable to use it when discharged. Would prefer replaceable batteries.

General Comments
I think I would prefer the Garmin nuvi 300 unit to say street names raher than just turn in so many yards/feet etc.

Not a fan of window sucker for unit would prefer to set up on dashboard but do realise some cars cannot get them in that position.

I have mine on the dash using the garmin "beanbag" unit.
