Good Points
Flexibility, Excellent graphics, Offers enough challenge to maintain interest. Audio good, Pronunciation (German) excellent.

Bad Points
Program tended to self destruct requiring re installation and activation which frequently failed for me. I felt as though customer services were suggesting that my software was 'illegal' as they demanded proof of purchase.

General Comments
Rosetta Stone Language Courses is an excellent although expensive package, regrettably (in my case) rendered unusable by customer services' apparent refusal to accept my proof of purchase. I purchased a language tutor, not a share of Rosetta Stone's piracy problems, and now have nothing.
