Poor customer service
General Comments
I travelled from England to stay at Johnstons Apartments in Tobago. Unfortunately what I thought would be a welcoming stay turned into a hostile, uncomfortable one. The hotel employee who dealt with our booking was incredibly rude and irate; she had no concept of customer service and no people skills. I was astonished to find our booking had been messed up despite a deposit being paid well in advance. She made no effort to resolve the matter and instead resorted to sarcasm in her response to the situation. I have stayed in many other places in Tobago but Johnstons is definitely never going to be visited again.
