Good Points
Quick and easy delivery and set up.
We also earn Nectar points.

Bad Points
Getting thrown off, which has happened a few times, but it is soon connected up again.

General Comments
Overall, we have been happy with the Talk Talk broadband service. We also have our land-line and calls with them. We have not needed to phone the Customer Service department after 12 months service.
