HAVE USED ONTHEBEACH ONCE - DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHANGED OUR HOTEL 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE WERE DUE TO LEAVE - OH AND TRYING TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LIKE TRYING TO STAY CALM IN A BULL RING.



MY SISTER ALSO BOOKED WITH THEM AND LOST ALL HER MONEY DUE TO THE VOLCANO FIASCO, APPARENTLY SHE WASNT ALLOWED HER MONEY BACK BECUASE SHE "CANCELLED", NO I THINK THE NATIONAL AIRSPACE CONTROL CENTRE CANCELLED IT!!!



I HAVE LOOKED AROUND AND FOUND MANY SIMILAR REVIEW - ACCORDING TO ONTHEBEACH EVERYONE CANCELLED THEIR HOLIDAY DUE TO THE VOLCANO :) ONTHEBEACH = IS A JOKE AND JUST WANT PEOPLE TO HAVE THE HEADS UP THAT I WISH I HAD BEFORE USING THEM, BE SAFE AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND USE A DECENT WEBSITE.
