Bought a suite from the land of leather after a couple of months it faded and started to crack. Phoned the land of leather they sent someone out to look at it i waited for the report to be sent back and they said we can have a replacement.went back choose a new one in the sale they said right we'll write to you with the deliverary details .After a week no letter phoned them up again .We are just waiting for an email from headoffice to authorise it and you will get your suite.Two weeks later still no letter and no suite ,phoned them back we are still waiting for an email was their reply ,BUT WE STILL HAVE YOUR SUITE RESERVED HERE IM LOOKING AT THE ORDER RIGHT NOW .three weeks still no letter or suite phoned them AGAIN right wont be long now youll definitey get your suite .sent them an email next day got a phonecall not got your suite and now we need to come and take the other one so not only have they not got my suite after leaving me hanging on for three weeks now they want to leave me without a suite as well.the best of it is they have the suite in stock but not at the sale price but we cant have one of those because its not in the sale even though its the same one as we ordered 3 weeks ago.the store was not helpful in the slightest and didn't seem bothered that i had 3 children and would have no suite so now because of their total lack of professionalism and help. i have had to now cancel the order alltogether and try to find a new suite fast.they have now agreed to refund any money but whether or not they do we'll see.So my advice to anyone going to the land of leather DONT DO IT.
