Good Points
Sales people are brilliant.
Layout of shop is good.

Bad Points
Customer service is dismal, and the care packages at approx £200 are definitely not worth it, as they didn't do what they said they would do.

General Comments
I purchased a Land of Leather Sofa which started to peel. I also purchased the platinum cover at £200, and I was told that it don't cover peeling. I did some research with a leather manufacturer who advises that leather won't peel if it has been dipped properly and is of good quality. Once I had purchased my sofa, any problems afterwards, Land of Leather didn't want to know. I won't be using them again! I would rather give my money, however much it may be, to a company that will give good aftersales service should I need it.
