“I bought the Motorola SLVR mobile phone from Carphone...”

Written on: 16/04/2006 by Helcuz155 (1 review written)

Good Points
The phone is light
Fantastic design, with a simple layout

Bad Points
The battery doesn't last more than a few days if you use it for a few short calls and a few text messages. Also, my phone keeps freezing, turning itself off and the screen goes white, and it can take a while to coax it back to life.

General Comments
I bought the Motorola SLVR mobile phone from Carphone Warehouse before Christmas, as I liked its appearance and it is very individual, as very few people had it then and I bought it unlocked and to use abroad.

It is a nice phone to use. It is suitable for anyone. However, it can be slow at times, and it freezes and turns itself off. It seems to be affected by Wi-Fi networks as well. It loses its signal, the screen goes blank, and it can take a while to recover.

Battery life changes a lot depending on whether you use the vibrate alert or not.

The camera is better than any of my previous phones. However, it would be better with a flash.
