“we have banked with nat west for 8 years never...”

we have banked with nat west for 8 years never defaulting on our overdraft.

Had a loan for 1 year paid it in 11 months.

tried to apply for another loan,what a sham,they wanted our passports driving licence and building society copy.account report.

a week later they said they wanted our driving licence with pic on/card type.

What?

i paid for experior report shown no faults.

Still no response from natwest.

why are they so slow in making a desition surly if you have a good track record with them why should it be a big ooo are.

2 weeks later still no reply.

wake up natwest get your teams sorted out.

seems to me they just want your money ie 150 per year cost for a 3000 overdraft.
