I have been a NatWest customer for over 20 years and a NatWest Premier (now Private Banking) customer for over 10 years. Up until the last year or so, the service has been excellent.
However, since then something seems to have changed within NatWest. The service has deteriorated rapidly. My Relationship Mgr seems unable or unwilling do do anything and I have been negatively impacted by some heavy handed and ridiculous decisions by various NatWest sections that were done without notice and and apparent credible reason.
I am seriously considering legal action and I am actively moving all my accounts from this joke of a bank to a reasonable one asap.
My advice : Steer well clear of NatWest in general and don't bother with their pathetic Private Banking service, it's a waste of time
