Good Points
Easy to use, great prices not sure if they have re organised since some of these reports where written but I found them to be organised and helpful when trying to amend my booking.

Bad Points
Need more destinations.

General Comments
I have booked with On The Beach Holidays since they started and they have definitely got much better over the years, I have changed my hotel this year and found the website offered the information on how to do this and gave me instructions on how best to contact them. They may be e-mail based but I got informative responses quickly. Holidays so far have been great very good prices and nice hotels I definitely recommend using this company.
