Good Points
3 different routines for variety.
Each lasts only 30 minutes so you can set the same time aside every day.
Bad Points
Trainers do not clearly voice what you're supposed to be doing all the time, so it takes a few times to get used to it.
General Comments
Davina McCall's, My Three 30 Minute Workouts Exercise DVD contains 2 aerobic sessions - 1 strength/stretching session, and Warm up and cool down.
It is good fun!
