Good Points
Honda were pioneers, first company to get over 100hp per litre, beat Porsche, Ferarri, everyone, even now most of the cars in the same category are turbocharged to keep up

Bad Points
The best models were kept in Japan, rest of world gets inferior versions....

General Comments
Being 160hp the engine is almost maxed out already, later version B16's raised compression for the 170hp, and the japan spec civic type r has a B16B, again raised compression and about 20 other modifications to raise power to 185hp so any claims that a simple CAI + exhaust are going to raise horsepower a significant amount are pretty much just talk....I love Honda's, I drive Honda's, great cars! best N/A car money can buy. The difference between a Si and a SiR is Vtec, Si models are a DOHC non Vtec 1.6, VtiR are SOHC Vtec 1.6....
