Moving to a new hosting company is always a big deal. We were with a really bad provider for years, only we didn't realise it, we were told "we have to expect problems", "thats just the way the Internet is", downtime was something we simply accepted as being normal.
Eventually I'd had enough and looked elsewhere, after searching and talking to UKFast we went for a dedicated server. That was almost a year ago and todate we've never had any problems, no downtime whatsoever. The technical support is fantastic, always helpful, polite and fast.
I'm still suprised I stayed with my previous provider for so long, just wish I'd moved sooner.
I'm happy to highly recommend UKFast.
