Professional and was really loving to my cat who did not liked being groomed. She came out all the way to North London and offered advice on all aspects of cat care which is invaluable as she is actually a veterinary surgeon. My other cat now shows aggression to my groomed cat but that's my other cats problem! I would recommend to all cat lovers
