Good Points
* Specialist in one car(Mazda mx5)

Bad Points
* Way over priced
* Serviced to only look good
* Car not fully checked
* Put rubbish tyres on. Very bad in wet conitions!
* Will not fix parts until there physically not working. Eg windows, electric window motor had almost had it, was going to cost £250 for a replacement, under warranty!
* Only gave 3 months warranty, 6 months tax, 6 months MOT

Got my car from MX5 City. And to be honest wasn't very impressed with there aftersales. The handbrake wasn't tightening, kept going back with that. Front drivers side brake wasn't rubbing the whole disc properly. The boot wouldn't open with the key.



About a month later the exhaust started blowing. Went back loads of times for the passenger side window(which is still bad )barely goes down. Had the car since around July 2005 and today(Jan 6th 2006) was MOT time. Looks like the handbrake was never fixed with only one brake working when the handbrake was applied. And almost failed on the brake cable being eroded.



Highly recommend going to a trusted dealer, or save yourself at least 2k on a private sale car.
