My daughter was hit by a car when we were in Greece and the driver worked for First Choice a rep. We were treated terribly and vowed never to book through an agent again. I book flights through T/R book my own Villa and arrange my own transfers. As for people who moan about the accomodation, sending a fax to where you are staying can sort out any problems before they even arise. We saved over £600 doing it this way.
