“Very Abusive Staff Member!”

Ordered Insulation about a week ago.
I waited in all day for the delivery today and it didn't arrive, so I call the company Less2Build and asked where my goods are and the sales manager stated that the delivery truck had broken down and that delivery would have to try again!
I informed him that I had waited at home for the delivery and that if I don't get my delivery the next day or so, I would have to cancel and ask for my money back, he then laughed and swore at me and put the phone down on me!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ABUSIVE GUY, Also they owe me £203!
I called to report this and I now have to wait 2 to 3 working days for a refund back to my card!


I GOT NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER OR ANYTHING FROM THEM AS YET!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPETUBLE COMPANY AND GET BETTER SERVICE
