“USELESS ARROGANT STAFF”

After being "approved" for a loan, 11 days later still not in the account, rang customer service several times who where not helpful at all, staff hung up when I asked to speak to a manager.

Call them selves 24/7 money box however, call centre not open on weekends, 3 complaint emails still no response.
