Yet again, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I rang to get a phone upgrade and spoke to at least 5 different people during the phone call all requesting security answers (yes I know that's important but why do I have to speak to 5 different people) and all telling me different things. One said I wasn't entitled to an upgrade and there would be a cancellation charge before I could upgrade, until I finally spoke to someone who confirmed I was entitled to 2 upgrades. I was on the phone so long, my phone ran out of charge and the call dropped out. In the end I went back on line and placed my order there which was much easier!
