“Avis, Maidstone, UK - Fradulant Charges/What a rip off”

It was a gross mistake to use Avis and hand over credit card details. At the end of rental Avis retain the credit card details which I beleive is illegal. Avis then made two additional unauthorised charges to the credit card. When asked Avis initially claimed that I called and extended the rental. When I stated that previous rental was ended well over a week ago and couldn't be extended Avis changed their story saying that a new rental was requested. Avis had failed to provide any evidence to support their story.
