Scanned items in 4 separate lots but was not able to send as 1 lot so e-mailed Magpie to see about boxing/labelling items & received reply 2 days after the collection was made that they'd arranged. All went in 2 boxes, received e-mail saying they'd received 1 order which is strange as 2 orders were in each box. Contacted them 3 times now regarding the, apparent lost orders but still getting nowhere. Admittedly,I now know I should have packaged each order separately, though it would have been a lot easier if all items scanned could have been sent as 1 order, but I'm still no wiser as to how so much of my order has been lost when all were in 2 boxes & both were collected together by a courier sent by Magpie. Not happy at all especially as this probably wouldn't have happened if Magpie had answered my question before the date that they had arranged for the collection. Still waiting for them to sort things out.
