Good Points
Very easy to use. Intuitive.
They specialize in 1040A (and 1040EZ) tax returns, which fit my situation perfectly.

Bad Points
Having to even do a tax return!
They do not ask a lot of unnecessary questions - stuff that does not pertain to me and my tax situation.

General Comments
I was a little afraid of doing my own tax return. But they made it easy. Their tax software walked me through the process, step by step. I did make a couple of errors along the way, but the Taxhead software picked them up and helped me correct things.
